Holiday party disposable cameraThe party, as everyone saw it.

Put a QR card on each table at your office or family holiday party. Guests scan, shoot a few frames and carry on with the evening. Nobody sees the photos until the reveal you schedule, such as the next workday morning.

How it works at a holiday party

  1. 01

Begin a film named for the party and schedule the reveal for the next morning.

  2. 02

Put a QR card on each table and at the entrance, next to the coat check or the drinks.

  3. 03

Guests scan and shoot a few frames at a time. Nothing to install and no account.

  4. 04

On the reveal, everyone gets the same roll. You can hide any frame from the public roll first.

Guests and shots

  • Office parties: invite colleagues by guest count, and set the cap around 24 shots so the roll is easy to browse on Monday.
  • Family gatherings: leave the default of 48, since cousins and kids will use every frame.
  • A reveal scheduled for the next morning keeps the party off screens and the photos fresh.

Where to put the QR card

One card per table plus one at the entrance. At an office party, put a card by the tree or the buffet where people naturally gather.

Sign wording

  • “Scan to add to the party roll. Reveal tomorrow morning.”
  • “Snap a few. See them all next workday.”
  • “Holiday party camera: scan, shoot, no app.”

Questions

Is it appropriate for an office party?

Yes. Frames stay hidden until the reveal, and as host you can hide any frame from the public roll first. Each photo also shows who took it.

When do the photos appear?

When you schedule them. For a party, the next workday morning works well. The reveal can be as close as 30 minutes after or as far as a week.

Do colleagues need to install anything?

No. iPhone users get an App Clip and Android users get the browser, with nothing to install.

Can we keep photos after the party?

Yes. You can export the roll in full 4K and archive it.
